The learner will be able to
achieve and maintain a health-enhancing level of physical fitness.

PCII.HS.1.1 Assessment

demonstrate accurate record keeping/charting in their pre and post fitness assessment.

describe the importance of flexibility as it relates to preventing injuries and maximizing strength.
