  1. Scope
Introduce (I) - Teach objective at a beginning level to familiarize students with the concept(s).

Develop (D) - Continue to teach previously introduced objective, allowing students more time before mastery is expected.

Master (M) - Teach objective to a level that enables students to gain a thorough understanding of the concept(s), resulting in student proficiency.

Reinforce (R) - Teach objective as review, making connections to new content or providing application opportunities through a different context.
