Physical Fitness

PS1: PHYSICAL FITNESS
The learner will be able to achieve and maintain a health-enhancing level of physical fitness.
  
PS2: PHYSICALLY ACTIVE LIFESTYLE
The learner will be able to exhibit a physically active lifestyle.
  
ллл PE.8.2.1 Physical Fitness
The learner will be able to participate in fitness assessment (e.g., Fitnessgram) and developmentally appropriate health-related fitness activities for the purpose of improving skill performance and physical fitness.
  
ллл PE.8.2.2 Interpret Fitness Test
The learner will be able to interpret personal information from fitness test results to identify the fitness component needing the most improvement.
  
ллл PE.8.2.3 Goals
The learner will be able to use fitness assessment results to develop a goal statement and plan for improving and maintaining cardiovascular fitness and flexibility.

The learner will be able to implement a personal plan for cardiovascular fitness and flexibility, and apply basic training principles.
