Physical Fitness

PS1: PHYSICAL FITNESS
The learner will be able to achieve and maintain a health-enhancing level of physical fitness.
  
PS2: PHYSICALLY ACTIVE LIFESTYLE
The learner will be able to exhibit a physically active lifestyle.
  
ллл PE.5.2.1 Fitness Assessment
The learner will be able to participate in fitness assessment (i.e.. FITNESSGRAM or Presidential) and developmentally appropriate health-related fitness activities for the purpose of improving skill performance and physical fitness.
  
ллл PE.5.2.2 Health-Related Fitness Standard
The learner will be able to demonstrate progress toward meeting health-related fitness standards as defined by research.

The learner will be able to interpret the results and significance of information provided by formal measures of physical fitness (FITNESSGRAM or Presidential).

PS3: MOVEMENT PROFICIENCY
The learner will be able to demonstrate competency in many movement forms and proficiency in a few movement forms.

The learner will be able to apply movement concepts and principles to the learning and development of motor skills.
