Physical Fitness

PS1: PHYSICAL FITNESS
The learner will be able to achieve and maintain a health-enhancing level of physical fitness.
  
PS2: PHYSICALLY ACTIVE LIFESTYLE
The learner will be able to exhibit a physically active lifestyle.
  
ллл PE.4.2.1 Fitness Assessment
The learner will be able to participate in fitness assessment (i.e.. FITNESSGRAM or Presidential) and developmentally appropriate activities for the purpose of improving skill performance and physical fitness.
